place : tokyo, japan theme : diesel celebrates its 30 year presence in japan through an event show. the italian brand belonging to renzo rosso, who sat in the front row, chose to present autumn/winter 2016 /17 through products made in collaboration with japanese designers and a collection that can be bought straight away after the show. the silhouette : japanese madness and textural experiences for diesel. the biker jacket was worn on top of a long skirt coloured or in tulle. the puffa jackets took on colours for both men and women. the denim transformed itself, taking on volume. the floral prints brought a touch of romanticisim. focus : on the very futuristic mise en scène with adverts on the luminous pannels that change, a model walking with a video helmet on her head. music from the fashion show, not to be re-used after seven days after the show.
